Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we pledge to use information about our clients responsibly.

For more information about our obligations with your personal information, visit the Australian Privacy Commissioner's website at www.privacy.gov.au.

What information do we collect and how do we use that information?

We collect information about you at different times, for example:

  • Personal information voluntarily provided by you.
  • Non-personally identifiable (specific or aggregated) information, to improve our services.

Personal information collected

We collect information such as:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email address
  • Preferred method of communication

We will not disclose this personal information unless we have received your express consent to do so. The only exception is if we are required by law to do so.

Non-personally identifiable information collected

Apart from this information that we need in order to provide our service to you, there may be data (that does not personally identify you) collected to monitor and improve our service and performance. For example, when you visit a web page, the URL requested is automatically recorded, as is the time and date requested, and the browser software being used.

We also may anonymously track the pattern of visitor usage across our sites. We will do this by issuing an anonymous user ID. This anonymous ID uses a feature in your web browser called a Cookie. This cookie identifies and recognises the computer (but not the person using the computer) when you visit our sites.

A cookie is a message given to a web browser by a web server, which it stores for later use, so when you visit the web site again your browser recognises your preferences. Cookies generally enhance your internet experience and most internet browsers are pre-set to accept cookies. However, if you don't want to receive cookies, you can set your browser to notify you when you receive one, so you decide whether to accept them or not.

Personal information provided by you

We do not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, share or pass on to any third parties your personal information without your consent.

We will not share, disclose or sell any personally identifiable information collected at our website with third party companies or organisations without these conditions being met.

We may disclose the personal information, other information or data we collect from you for the purpose specified to you at the time of collection or for another purpose if:

  • you would reasonably expect us to disclose it for that purpose, and
  • that purpose is related to the purpose specified to you at the time of collection.

If we wish to disclose any of this personal information, information or data other than as set out above, we will not do so unless we have your express consent to do so. We will not provide your email address to third parties without your consent.

Security of your information that you may send to or receive from using our service

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that all information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date and stored in a secure environment accessed only by authorised persons. Transmissions sent to or from our websites are routinely monitored for quality control and systems administration.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from our online products or services. These activities are conducted at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security.
